Single Area Packs

Ideal for extensions and conservatories with a maximum heat loss of 3K Watts or 10200 BTU's.
The packs consist of pre-packed underfloor heating kits suitable for either solid screed or timber suspended floors, and have a choice of four area sizes with either wired or radio thermostatic control. They can be installed as an independently controlled area or joined on to an existing heating system.

Tools: All of the packs contain a pipe cutter and a bevelling tool.
Notes: Pipes must be installed at EQUAL lengths for each circuit when using packs containing 2 coils of pipe. This will ensure the system is balanced and the whole floor area will provide the same heat output. The controls require 230V fused spur.
For independent time and temperature control, a separate flow and return is required from the boiler. The system then needs to be plumbed and wired as an 'S' plan plus system.
Check the primary pump duty and heat sources capacity to accommodate the additional load (both supplied elsewhere).
Minimum water supply temperature of 65°C is required. Pipes to be spaced at 200mm centres throughout.
