Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept credit and debit cards online. Should you wish
to pay by cheque, we will process your order as soon as the
cheque has cleared. Please make cheques payable to UKheat.com
Ltd.
Q: How long do I have to wait for delivery?
A: Because our products are sourced from different suppliers,
delivery times will vary. We will, however, notify you when
you place your order, of an expected delivery date.
Q: What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order?
A: Contact us as soon as possible. We aim to give good clear
descriptions of all of our products, however, should you feel
it neccessary to cancel an order, you may do so.
Q: What if I have already received my order?
A: If your goods have already been dispatched, you will be
subject to any costs incurred by us to recover the order.
We will then of course refund your credit/debit card.
Q: I have a problem with a product that I purchased from
you, what do I do?
A: All products are covered by manufacturers warranties.
If you require an engineer or have a warranty claim, then
